After a two-year hiatus, the 24th annual Gene Doyle Fishing Tournament returns on April 22-24, 2022. This catch and release tournament for all ages opens with kick-off at Sunshine Ace in downtown Naples on Friday, followed by fishing on Saturday and Sunday. An awards banquet on Sunday evening at the Naples Sailing and Yacht Club will also feature a raffle, silent auction, and special speakers.
The tournament targets snook, redfish, and trout and awards trophies in open and guided divisions for adult and youth anglers. New this year is a fly-fishing division.
