Celebrate Earth Day April 22 with this charming southern lemonade from Veev® vodka, which is made with acaí berries. Keep it earth-friendly by substituting organic light agave for the simple syrup and using locally grown fresh berries.
Southern Lemonade
- 2 oz Veev® Spirit
- 1/2 oz Rebel Yell® Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 3 Raspberries
- 3 Mint Leaves
- Top with Soda
Muddle mint and raspberries in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients, except for soda, to shaker and shake. Strain into glass with fresh ice and top with soda. Garnish with raspberries.
