Asking for help when you feel powerless over drugs or alcohol can be both intimidating and terrifying. Not knowing where to start to help a loved one can be equally difficult. DLC is making that call a little easier with its new Recovery Warm Line.
Warm Line provides support, resources and a safe, confidential space to speak to a peer with lived experience – like Peer Recovery Coach Deb Lewis who has 30-plus years of sobriety.
Through sharing their experiences, peers can offer a unique perspective of hope because they’ve been there, done that. Ask for help, you are not alone.
