According to Murphy, the real issue today is the lack of inventory. While Southwest Florida remains highly desirable for relocating, it is local buyers that are placing more pressure on the market. Statistics from Realtor.com confirm that the Florida county with the most views was Lee County, and 48% of those views were from within the county.
