During a health crisis, it’s normal to feel anxious and stressed. To decrease these emotions, try limiting media exposure while staying updated from reliable sources. Reduce any anxiety, depression, and loneliness you feel during social distancing and quarantine by reaching out to people you trust. Relax your body by taking deep breaths, stretching, meditating, praying, or engaging in healthy activities you enjoy.
