Community partners support EMT

It has the siren, the flashing lights and its purpose as a training vehicle clearly stated within its design. The new Hodges University ambulance provides hands-on training experience, especially for our EMT and paramedic students.

Such a great clinical tool is here today thanks to the generosity of a few of our key community partners. Collier EMS donated the vehicle, and NCH and Lee Health provided additional support.

The design includes our university colors, coral red and navy blue, our Hawk mascot, the seals of our EMT and Paramedic programs, and an EKG line for a normal heart sinus rhythm.
