Requesting a Vote-by-Mail ballot gives voters options when casting their vote in the General Election.

Vote-by-Mail ballots can easily be returned by mail, submitted through an official drop box or surrendered at the polling location – should a resident decide to vote in person.

When requesting a ballot, it is important to remember that mailed ballots will be returned to the Supervisor of Elections if there is a postal forwarding order on file. To ensure timely delivery of a ballot, a voter’s current address must be on file.

The deadline to request a Vote-by-Mail ballot is 5 p.m. on Oct. 24.
