Veterans Day celebrations across the state have been disrupted due to the impacts of Hurricane Ian. However, we still have a few local events.
The Collier County Collier Veterans Council is hosting a ceremony at Camber Park. The American Legion Post 404, in partnership with The City of Marco Island, is holding an 11 a.m. ceremony at Marco Lutheran Church.
If you aren’t able to celebrate in-person, take the time to recognize a veteran in your life. There nothing is more special than the gift of your time and sincere appreciation.
