According to the Bonita Springs-Estero REALTORS® June 2020 sales reports, buyer demand is outpacing inventory. The days a listing spends on the market has decreased by 18% while pending sales have increased by 44.7%. New listings have also increased by 59.4%, but area brokers do not believe the inventory will keep up with buyer demand.
The lack of inventory compared to significant increases in pending sales is an indicator that now is the time for serious buyers to consider listing that property now. Right now is the selling season in Bonita Springs and Estero.
