In honor of its ongoing relationship with the Benison Center, a World Vision satellite distribution center that provides critical support services to Immokalee families, Pathways has dedicated a new Benison Center Family Room.
Because of language barriers and a shortage of early education opportunities, most of Pathways’ new students arrive with a language delay or learning deficit. This family room provides a more comfortable and private place for Pathways teachers to discuss each individual child’s needs with parents.
Through this engagement, parents are empowered to continue the child’s education at home and be advocates for children throughout their scholastic careers.
