Since COVID-19, over half the working U.S. population has moved to a home office, or more likely the living room couch or dining room table. Working from home may sound ideal, with no long commutes, no dress code or office distractions, greater freedom, and being in the comfort of your own home. While it does have its perks, working from home has created health issues.

Here are some tips to help you stay healthy:
1) Get a stand-up desk.
2) Get up at least once every hour and walk for at least five minutes.
3) Practice proper office ergonomics.
