This spring, Seagate Development is expected to break ground on a 51,000-square-foot, self-storage facility. Located on Useppa Drive, the project is a joint-venture with Ave Maria Development.
In addition to climate-controlled indoor storage options, the facility will offer outdoor covered spaces to accommodate Class A recreational vehicles. The facility will offer a private, gated entry and security throughout.
