I love the movies – popcorn, candy, dark, air-conditioned theater. But since COVID-19 hit, I’ve taken a break from local theaters, embracing my inner influencer and creating my own backyard theater experience instead. Think it’s hard? Spoiler alert, it’s not. Follow these simple steps to see for yourself.
• Choose a location – a clear open space is best.
• Purchase a screen (or sheet), attach it to a stand, or side of the house.
• Secure projector and sound system. Amazon has options for both, but an old projector and blue tooth speaker work just as well.
• Pick a movie, get comfy and enjoy.
