Question: “After working remotely for nearly two years, my employer has decided to make us come into the office at least three days a week and requiring proof of being vaccinated for COVID-19. Is this legal?”

Answer: Yes, but there are exceptions, according to the EEOC. Recently we have seen companies, including Disney and the NFL, requiring vaccines, with consequences for those who don’t comply. Delta is setting higher insurance premiums for anyone who doesn’t get the shot. But what about your office?
