SWFL’s winter means fresh citrus. We found this ginger-orange mocktail to be a refreshing non-alcoholic brunch drink to sip with friends. It is topped with ginger beer, which despite its name, is not beer or alcoholic, but a spicier version of ginger ale that makes this mocktail pop.
• 5 cups freshly squeezed orange juice (from 7 oranges), plus orange slices for serving
• 3 cups pineapple juice, chilled
• 1/2 teaspoon orange bitters, such as Angostura
• 3 (12-oz.) bottles ginger beer, chilled
Combine ingredients in a pitcher or punch bowl and top with ginger beer. Serve over ice with orange slices garnish.
