Resumebuilder.com recently published a survey report that investigates how returning to the office after remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic has affected workplace dynamics.
Survey results include:
• 30% say their company culture has been toxic following implementation of the company’s RTO policy.
• 21% of employees have reported instances of bullying.
• 28% have encountered “creepy” behavior since returning to the office.
While both men and women reported encountering bullying and “creepy” behavior at similar rates, Gen Zers expressed more susceptibility to these negative experiences since returning to office. Thirty-eight percent of Gen Zers reported bullying, while 46% reported experiencing “creepy” behavior.
